1. NATURE OF THE APP
DjinnScan is an immersive entertainment application based on environmental analysis. It does NOT claim to detect ghosts, spirits, djinns or paranormal entities. All interpretations are provided for entertainment purposes only.
2. NO MEDICAL, SAFETY OR RELIGIOUS ADVICE
DjinnScan does not provide any medical, psychological, safety or religious advice. If needed, please consult a qualified professional. The app must not be used to make important decisions.
3. MINIMUM AGE
DjinnScan is intended for users aged 13 and older. Minors under 16 must obtain parental consent (GDPR).
4. RESPONSIBLE USE
You agree not to use DjinnScan to frighten, harass or mislead others. The app must not replace professional advice (medical, safety, religious).
5. PREMIUM SUBSCRIPTIONS
Some features require a Premium subscription: • Monthly: €2.99 / month, billed monthly. • Yearly: €19.99 / year, billed once per year. Payment and billing are handled directly by Apple App Store or Google Play.
6. AUTO-RENEWAL
Your subscription auto-renews at the end of each period, unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
7. MANAGE & CANCEL
You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime: • iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → DjinnScan. • Android: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → DjinnScan. No pro-rated refund for unused days.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The DjinnScan name, logo, graphics and content are protected. Reproduction is prohibited without written consent.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
DjinnScan is provided "as is". The publisher shall not be held liable for any interpretation, fear, anxiety or decision based on the app's displays, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
10. SERVICE INTERRUPTION
The publisher reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the application at any time, without prior notice.
11. MODIFICATIONS
These terms may evolve. Users will be informed via an app update.
12. GOVERNING LAW
French law. Any dispute shall fall under the jurisdiction of competent French courts, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions.
